Through our local partners, we have access to a large talent pool of >1 million users across the region. With Talentport, you’ll be able to quickly source for talents from three key job categories: Digital Marketing, Software Engineering & Creatives.

How much would the candidate cost ?

Salaries will be determined based on the talent's experience and background. Monthly costs typically starts from S$1299.

How does the program work?

It’s a simple and fuss-free process of recruiting freelance talents. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Fill up this form and let us know your recruitment needs
  2. Upon filling the form, you will receive an email to schedule a call with our team to find out more about your requirements
  3. Within a week, you’ll receive a few profiles based on your requirements!
  4. Select and choose the talents you want to interview and determine their suitability for the role
  5. Once you have indicated your interest in hiring the talent, our team will assist you in completing the relevant paperwork so you can quickly onboard your new talent!

Are these candidates proficient in English?

Yes! Our talents will be thoroughly assessed on their English-language competency through our proprietary screening tests and live interviews with our recruitment consultants. These tests help ensure that our talents are able to write and speak fluent English.

Would there be any upfront recruitment costs?

Upon confirmation of your interest to hire a talent, we would require an initial deposit of S$200 that can be applied as credit against your first invoice. Should you decide not to move forward with the recruitment, the deposit is fully refundable.
